What are your shipping policies and where do you deliver?

We ship our wines to most U.S. states where permitted by law. Due to legal requirements, an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure someone is available to sign.

How should I store my Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon?

To maintain the quality and aging potential of our wines, store bottles in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature around 55°F (13°C) and humidity between 50-70%.

Can I return a bottle if it is corked or damaged?

We stand behind the quality of our wines. If you receive a bottle that is corked or was damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer climate-controlled shipping during summer months?

Yes, to protect your wine from extreme heat, we offer temperature-controlled shipping options and may hold orders during periods of extreme weather to ensure the product arrives in perfect condition.
