At Silver Oak Cellars, we stand behind the quality of our wines and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a bottle that is damaged or flawed, please contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Email or call our customer service department with your order number and details regarding the issue with your wine.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For damaged shipments, please provide photographs of the packaging and bottle to assist us with our carrier insurance claim.
- 3.Return Authorization
If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for safely packing the wine for transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once the return is received or the claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
